Ellen Claire

Hi there, thank you for checking out my profile. My name is Ellen Claire and my family and I currently live in St. Louis, MO (CST). I enjoy being outside with my kids, running with our dog, and gardening when I have the chance.

I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition Education from American University and an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Alabama. I specialize in plant-based nutrition across the lifespan including pregnancy and breastfeeding. I have a background in Exercise Science and group fitness instruction. I am in the process of obtaining further certifications in the coming months. My goal as a nutrition educator includes giving individuals the tools they need to make healthier changes in their lives. I am a big proponent of motivational interviewing because I believe it is empowering and greatly improves self-confidence.
