My Story

From a young age, I was a competitive athlete, thriving on the discipline and excitement of swimming, triathlons, and marathons. However, my relentless drive for perfection extended beyond sports, leading to struggles with disordered eating, body anxiety, and self-doubt.

I reached a breaking point when the fear of failure left me physically and emotionally drained. Realizing my unhealthy relationship with food, I decided to prioritize my health and well-being.

A New Start

Determined to transform my life, I immersed myself in the study of health and wellness. I embraced daily meditation, self-care, and compassionate practices, shifting my perspective on exercise to find joy in movement. I also said goodbye to restrictive diets and embraced intuitive eating, which allowed me to enjoy food without guilt or shame. This journey of self-discovery led me to where I am now, helping women heal their relationships with food and their bodies, fostering a balanced and fulfilling approach to health.
