My name is Sara (she/her/hers), and I am a health coach and dietitian/nutritionist. I am a “regular people” registered dietitian for those who are:
-tired of dieting,
-overwhelmed with all of the information on the internet,
-struggling to eat healthy with a crazy, on-the-go schedule,
-and just wanting basic, evidence-based tips to improve their health and diet.
Sessions with me are 30 minutes - unlimited questions from you, bite-sized answers from me.
