Alexander of Wild Bridge Wellness began his personal health journey when seeking ways to support his body during rigorous days as a wildland firefighter. During this time he fell in love with the magic of mother nature and the importance of mind-body connection in challenging situations. His desire to transform inspired him to dive deep into what it means to be wholly well. This path has supported his career as a 911 first responder and led him to become a yoga instructor and Health Coach as well. His interests include functional nutrition, movement, introspective practices, and helping others bridge the gap between who they are today and their best potential.
